| Definition | Charlotte County Code Section 1-10-19 requires that any person who engages in or manages any business, profession or occupation in the County, for which an occupational license tax is required, obtain that occupational license prior to the commencement of that business, profession or occupation. |
| Rate | $35 plus $1.50 for each coin-operated machine. Fee is for a full year which begins August 1 and ends September 30 of the following year. Fees are prorated for half of the year effective April 1. |
