"Meeting professionals will find Charlotte Harbor, Florida's newest meeting destination, located on the state's Southwest Gulf Coast between Tampa and Naples.

The 43,000-square-foot Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center is scheduled to open in January 2009. Located on the waterfront in historic Punta Gorda's downtown district, the conference center will feature a 19,000-square-foot Great Lawn. It provides easy access to nearby hotel accommodations."
